• Drive initiatives related to digital marketing and personalized customer interactions.
• Conduct workshops focused on customer insights and service design methodologies.
• Oversee complex client projects and manage diverse delivery teams.
• Spot opportunities to foster business growth and encourage innovation.
• Collaborate closely with strategy, technology, and data departments.
• Engage in high-level stakeholder discussions with executives.

Requirements

• Possess a bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• Have over ten years of experience in areas such as customer experience, marketing transformation, consulting, or digital strategy.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading projects related to customer journey and experience transformation.
• Excellent skills in presentation and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM systems, Adobe Suite, Salesforce, or similar marketing technology platforms.
• Certification in Design Thinking methodologies.
• Background working within consulting firms is advantageous.
