Role Overview

As an Executive at the National Environment Agency, you will play a key role in supporting the development, deployment, and ongoing management of Artificial Intelligence-based technology aimed at enhancing cleaning operations for public spaces. Your work will involve close collaboration with internal divisions and external vendors to ensure the smooth and effective implementation of AI-driven cleaning projects in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee field trials of AI cleaning solutions, working with multiple stakeholders including NEA users and external partners.
• Manage vendor relationships and contract administration by initiating work orders, tracking usage, and ensuring all contractual commitments are met.
• Work together with users to gather, annotate, and utilize data for the training and continual enhancement of AI systems.
• Analyze collected data to detect trends and evaluate the practicality of deploying AI technologies operationally.
• Educate and guide users on adopting AI tools, ensuring successful integration into daily cleaning routines.
• Provide timely status reports and updates on AI project progress to stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced with Microsoft Office and familiar with AI platforms like Pair Chat and ChatGPT.
• Basic understanding of video analytics or machine learning concepts is beneficial.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and writing capabilities, with a collaborative mindset.
• Highly organized, detail-conscious, and capable of juggling several tasks simultaneously.
• Motivated, independent, and continuously seeking improvements.
• Resourceful and mature in navigating complex or unclear situations.
• Willingness and ability to work outdoors, sometimes during weekends or after standard hours.
• Having a valid Class 3 driving license is advantageous due to possible use of vehicles for field trials.
