Role Overview

The Executive - Partnerships & Alliances role centers on establishing and nurturing relationships with established institutions and communities housing senior leaders. These organizations include but are not limited to TiE and NASSCOM chapters, CII committees, IIM and IIT alumni associations, medical and bar associations, CEO peer groups, executive coaching practices, and exclusive business networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive network map of institutional and commercial partners throughout India.
• Identify and engage the appropriate decision-makers such as chapter presidents, secretaries, or community heads to initiate meaningful conversations.
• Negotiate partnership arrangements that may vary from partners hosting and funding events, sharing revenue, collaborating on joint offerings, or providing access to conference time slots.
• Formalize agreements in writing before scheduling sessions.
• Ensure smooth execution of partner events and sessions, facilitating meaningful interactions without direct sales pitches.

Candidate Profile

This position is best suited to individuals with 1-2 years of experience managing relationships within institutional frameworks that cannot be influenced solely through financial means. Relevant backgrounds include partnerships or sponsorship roles in conference companies, relationship management in industry bodies or chambers, corporate relations at business schools, or managing community engagement within premium coworking or CEO networks.

Compensation

The annual compensation package ranges from INR 400,000 to 800,000, reflective of experience, energy, and enthusiasm.
