Executive Housekeeper

About the Role

The Executive Housekeeper at Hyatt Regency Lucknow will oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring alignment with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards. The role entails managing the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, public spaces, and non-kitchen back-of-house areas, as well as supervising laundry and dry-cleaning services for hotel linens, uniforms, and guest laundry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all housekeeping activities to maintain hotel standards and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and staff zones outside the kitchen.
• Manage laundry and dry-cleaning operations, including hotel linen, uniforms, and guest laundry services.
• Ensure department operations are efficient while meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and ownership.

Requirements

• Possess a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred.
• At least two years of experience as an Executive Housekeeper in a large-scale operation.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, administrative competence, and effective interpersonal skills are essential.
