Executive Housekeeper

About the Role

Hyatt Regency Pune is seeking a dedicated Executive Housekeeper to oversee the housekeeping department, ensuring operations align with Hyatt's global standards and corporate strategy. This role is pivotal in maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene across guest rooms, public spaces, and non-kitchen back areas. Additionally, management of laundry and dry-cleaning services for hotel linens, uniforms, and guest laundry falls under this position.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise housekeeping functions to deliver exceptional cleanliness across all hotel areas.
• Ensure standards comply with Hyatt International's brand guidelines and hospitality expectations.
• Oversee the laundry and dry-cleaning operations, including hotel linens and guest items.
• Coordinate with staff to meet both organizational goals and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management preferred.
• At least two years of experience in an Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager role within a large-scale hospitality operation.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities combined with sound administrative and interpersonal communication skills.
