Job Overview

The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for supervising all lodging housekeeping and laundry services within the Avani Pemba Beach Hotel & Spa in Cabo Delgado Province, Mozambique. The role includes maintaining cleanliness standards throughout all hotel areas and ensuring a safe and orderly environment for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and direct all housekeeping and laundry operations.
• Establish, maintain, and communicate quality standards through continuous training for housekeeping staff.
• Guarantee that all public spaces, guest rooms, and employee areas are consistently cleaned and orderly.
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols across housekeeping activities.
• Maintain and update departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Local Standard Operating Procedures (LSOPs), making these resources accessible and current for all housekeeping employees.
