Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement the yearly events plan aligned with the Maison's strategic goals.
• Plan and execute premium events punctually, within financial limits, and maintaining exceptional standards.
• Work closely with Marketing, Retail, and related departments to craft captivating client and commercial events.
• Handle multiple event projects concurrently ensuring cohesive coordination from inception through completion.
• Guide and support internal event teams and collaborate with external agencies and vendors for flawless operations.
• Forge and nurture strong partnerships with all stakeholders to ensure event success.
• Oversee event budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and monitor costs to optimize value.
• Track project outcomes and proactively seek improvements to enhance processes.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety regulations, and operational protocols.
• Introduce innovative concepts continuously to advance the quality and impact of events and client experiences.
