Event Coordinator (Latitude)

About the Role

Latitude is seeking an enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join their team. This role requires excellent interpersonal communication skills to foster a friendly atmosphere within the team and across departments. The coordinator will proactively develop and implement an annual events calendar, ensuring smooth execution in collaboration with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain effective communication and build a welcoming environment with team members and other departments.
• Proactively design and manage a yearly schedule of events.
• Demonstrate strong skills in planning, sales, organizing, and negotiation while meticulously overseeing event execution with clients.
• Handle all administrative aspects related to event management.
• Manage event budgets to maximize profitability without compromising service quality.
• Build and sustain client relationships to encourage repeat collaboration.
• Create a service-oriented culture that fosters a positive atmosphere during event delivery.
• Maintain a consistent professional appearance throughout work hours.
• Exhibit flexibility in working hours and willingness to follow event developments due to the dynamic nature of the position.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in one of the Management branches at the University of Tirana.
• More than one year of experience in similar roles.
• Excellent proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Ready to work well within a team environment.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
