Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated part-time Event Coordinator to lead lead generation efforts and efficiently manage event operations at our party hall. This role requires active engagement in demonstrating the venue's amenities, facilitating bookings, and overseeing a variety of events including weddings, private parties, corporate functions, and celebratory gatherings.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads to maximize venue bookings.
- Showcase hall features to potential clients to promote bookings.
- Coordinate event logistics spanning weddings, private parties, corporate events, and celebrations.
Requirements
- Prior experience in event management or hospitality sectors is essential.
- Robust network and strong contacts within the events or hospitality industry.
Compensation and Working Terms
The role offers a monthly stipend between INR 10,000 and 15,000 on a part-time basis.
