Estimator (Construction)

Role Overview

We are looking for an Estimator with a background in construction or a related field to become a key technical expert in a fast-growing firm. This position offers a well-defined path toward management roles within three years and involves supporting a diverse portfolio of multi-million-pound residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee building projects, both residential and commercial, from the initial concept through to project completion.
• Conduct site visits to assist with project evaluation and support.
• Serve as the main contact for all materials and supplies related to projects.
• Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in estimating or a comparable role within the construction industry.
• Strong construction background, familiar with new builds and refurbishment projects.

The employer has over three decades of experience in delivering design and construction services for high-value residential and commercial developments. Currently expanding their estimating team to support growth.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range is between 55,000 to 60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. The role also includes progression opportunities, training, and company benefits.
