ERP Support Engineer/Analyst

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced ERP Support Engineer/Analyst to become a vital part of our team in Sharjah Emirate, UAE. The role focuses on supporting ERP systems throughout their implementation and operational phases, ensuring smooth system functionality aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive assistance during the ERP implementation stages including configuration, testing, and rollout.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to ERP systems promptly to minimize downtime.
• Create, update, and manage SQL queries and generate reports that back key business processes.
• Work closely with various departments to collect requirements and improve ERP system capabilities.
• Offer end-user support by delivering training sessions and functional support when required.
• Maintain detailed documentation of system processes, updates, and workflows.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar discipline.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience supporting, implementing, or administering ERP systems specifically within the construction sector.
• Extensive practical knowledge of ERP platforms such as ePromis, Oracle, Expedition, Focus, or comparable products.
• Mandatory proficiency in SQL and programming with Angular, PowerBuilder, and .NET technologies.
• Strong analytical abilities paired with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well with diverse teams.
