Position Overview

Join a reputable loss adjusting company as an Environmental Loss Adjuster based in the Midlands or North of England. This full-time role offers a home-based working arrangement and involves managing a diverse range of property and liability claims within the environmental sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations into environmental insurance claims to produce detailed reports that meet client and service expectations.
• Assess policy responsibilities and claim values by collecting supporting evidence to inform sound recommendations.
• Maintain excellent technical standards and deliver outstanding customer service throughout all stages of the claim.
• Engage proactively and clearly with all involved stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
• Manage claims relating to first or third-party property damage across domestic and commercial settings.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven background in insurance claims handling or loss adjusting, specifically with property damage claims involving first or third-party losses.
• At least three years’ experience managing property damage claims.
• Possession of, or willingness to attain, a Diploma from CII or CILA (DIP CII / DIP CILA).
• Knowledge of environmental claims is advantageous; however, candidates with broad property or liability claims expertise are welcome.
• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and investigation.
• High proficiency with IT and digital tools.
• Must hold a valid full driving licence.
