Enterprise Solutions Consultant

Overview

We are seeking experienced Enterprise Solutions Consultants specializing in SAP Finance (FI/CO) or SAP HCM/SuccessFactors to join a leading global consulting team. This role involves supporting major enterprise transformation projects across the Middle East, including locations such as Doha and Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply 3 to 5 years of hands-on SAP implementation expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engage in full implementation phases including gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring SAP modules, conducting testing, supporting go-live events, and providing post-implementation maintenance.
• Handle practical SAP configuration tasks rather than only project management or governance responsibilities.
• Collaborate with clients directly, ensuring clear communication and effective stakeholder management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Specialization in SAP Finance (FI/CO) or SAP HCM/SuccessFactors.
• Previous experience with a recognized consulting firm or significant in-house SAP transformation initiatives.
• Possession of SAP certification and involvement in multiple SAP implementations are highly favored.
• Experience working in the Middle East or GCC region is beneficial.
• Willingness to undertake regional travel as required.
