0G seeks an Enterprise Product Manager to guide and grow their AI infrastructure product lineup aimed at enterprise clients. This position acts as a nexus between customers, business development, and engineering teams to interpret enterprise demands for AI compute, storage, and infrastructure, transforming these insights into scalable products while overseeing their progression from conception to adoption.
This role requires a blend of solid product instincts, substantial technical understanding to collaborate effectively with infrastructure engineers, and commercial savvy to predict enterprise adoption and willingness to pay.
Key Duties
- Develop and manage the product strategy and roadmap for 0G's enterprise AI infrastructure solutions.
- Engage directly with enterprise users to gather technical needs, workflows, challenges, and identify blockers to adoption.
- Convert customer and business needs into detailed product requirements and prioritize engineering tasks accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with engineering to determine product design, scope, trade-offs, and schedule delivery.
- Differentiate between unique customer requests and features that should evolve into scalable platform products.
- Coordinate with business development and go-to-market teams on enterprise deals, aligning product feasibility and roadmap with customer solutions.
- Specify product requirements covering compute, storage, APIs, networking, security, monitoring, billing, and usage handling.
- Balance and prioritize demands from customers, engineering limitations, and strategic long-term goals.
- Lead products through full lifecycle stages including discovery, initial development, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Establish and monitor metrics such as adoption rate, utilization, performance, reliability, cost efficiency, and revenue effects.
- Perform competitive analysis of AI infrastructure, GPU cloud platforms, storage, and developer tools.
- Create pricing models, packaging strategies, and commercialization plans alongside business units.
- Develop strong feedback mechanisms among customers, business development, and engineering teams.
- Act as the product representative in detailed discussions with customers and partners requiring deep product or technical knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years in product management or related roles, preferably with enterprise or technical B2B products.
- Background working with cloud infrastructure, AI/ML infrastructure, compute, storage systems, databases, networking, or developer platforms.
- Proven success interfacing directly with enterprise customers and scaling their needs into robust product features.
- Experience collaborating with engineering on technically complex offerings.
- Strong decision-making capabilities in balancing customer, commercial, and engineering priorities.
- Familiarity discussing APIs, cloud architectures, and distributed systems with technical personnel.
- Proven track record managing products from initial discovery and requirements gathering through product launch and iteration.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Aptitude for thriving independently within a dynamic and fast-evolving startup environment.
Preferred Credentials
- Experience related to GPU compute, AI training and inference infrastructures, IaaS/PaaS solutions, Kubernetes, distributed systems, or storage technologies.
- Previous roles in AI infrastructure, cloud services, databases, or developer-infrastructure startups.
- Hands-on experience building new enterprise infrastructure products from the ground up.
- Knowledge of pricing, packaging, usage-based billing, and strategies for enterprise commercialization.
- Background working directly with enterprise sales and business development teams on large customer projects.
