Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective English language lessons tailored to learners' proficiency levels.
• Assist learners in improving spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and overall communication skills.
• Design and implement personalized training sessions according to learners’ needs.
• Engage actively with learners to identify difficulties and offer constructive feedback and guidance.
• Create a positive and interactive learning environment to motivate learners.
• Track learners' progress and provide ongoing support during their educational journey.

Requirements

• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
• Proficiency in Tamil is mandatory for effective communication.
• Exemplary communication and presentation capabilities.
• Strong grasp of English grammar and linguistic principles.
• Prior experience in teaching or training English language is preferred but not obligatory.
