Role Responsibilities

• Inspect cleanliness of precision optical parts thoroughly.
• Perform surface cleaning procedures on lenses with care.
• Utilize multiple measurement instruments to carry out detailed inspections.
• Record all lens-related data accurately.
• Manage coordination related to component rejections and identify defects.
• Engage actively in quality control loops and initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Work within a three-shift rotating schedule to support production.

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training as a precision optician or equivalent technical background, ideally in metalworking, precision optics or mechanical production, or comparable practical experience.
• Strong manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
• Maintains clean, precise, and methodical working practices with a high quality orientation.
• Exhibits responsible, self-driven, and adaptable attitudes.
• Familiarity with MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
• Prepared to work in rotating shift patterns.
