Duties encompass frontline helpdesk services, onboarding/offboarding procedures, AV and event preparedness, vendor and equipment oversight, office infrastructure support, executive assistance, and creating scalable support workflows across multiple offices and time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead regional support collaboration among various offices to optimize coordination, broaden coverage, and ensure consistency in employee IT experience.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding workflows, including device setup, account provisioning, access management, and day-one support facilitation.
  • Oversee AV systems and event technology readiness to guarantee reliability in conference rooms, executive meetings, and important gatherings.

  • Collaborate with Workplace Services, Security, and related teams to support office expansion, modifications, and readiness of workplace technologies.
  • Enhance support systems by streamlining documentation, building repeatable process workflows, and introducing automation to improve IT support, inventory, and onboarding procedures.
  • Provide high-level, personalized IT support for executives and key stakeholders as required.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams to align stakeholders and drive well-defined initiatives without formal authority.

Candidate Profile

  • Expertise in macOS with practical knowledge of Windows operating systems alongside proficient use of identity and device management tools such as Azure AD, Jamf, and Intune.
  • Familiarity with enterprise collaboration platforms including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Atlassian products.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting AV and collaboration technologies like Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Crestron in both office and event setups.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to convey technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Experience leading or coordinating support functions across multiple offices, stakeholder groups, or different time zones.
  • History of advancing support operations through documentation improvements, workflow design, automation, or scripting.
  • Skillful in managing vendors, inventory, procurement, and workplace technology operations with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects, influence stakeholders, organize efforts, and ensure follow-through of initiatives.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with sound operational judgment and composure under pressure during critical support situations.
  • Enjoy mentoring junior team members, supporting executives, and scaling regional support practices effectively.
