Electronic Engineer

Role Summary

We are looking to recruit an experienced Electronic Engineer passionate about gaming technologies. This individual will play a vital role in designing, developing, and enhancing slot machines and gaming systems, contributing to both innovative advancements and the dependable operation of our gaming portfolio.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create, design, and test electronic circuits and printed circuit boards (PCBs) tailored exclusively for slot and gaming machines.
• Identify and remedy hardware faults to maintain peak device performance and reliability.
• Implement LED displays, sensors, and embedded components within gaming machines.
• Handle microcontrollers, power supply units, and communication standards such as RS232, USB, and Ethernet.
• Ensure all electronic designs fully comply with industry norms, safety regulations, and electromagnetic compatibility/interference (EMC/EMI) standards.
• Work collaboratively with software engineers to ensure smooth hardware and software integration.
• Assist with installation, testing, and upkeep across various company sites as necessary.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a degree or an equivalent credential in Electronic or Electrical Engineering.
• Previous background in gaming or casino machines or embedded system fields is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Skilled in PCB design software like Altium, Eagle, or OrCAD, alongside circuit simulation tools.
• Strong technical expertise in power management, motor controls, and display technologies.
• Knowledgeable about EMC/EMI compliance requirements and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical aptitude and meticulous problem-solving capabilities.
• Able to work both independently and within cross-disciplinary teams effectively.
• Prepared for occasional travel to other office locations.
