About the Role
Programmed is hiring a qualified Electrician to join their team in a full-time, permanent, afternoon shift role based at Melbourne Airport. The position focuses primarily on reactive maintenance tasks, alongside responsibilities for preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, and installation operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform reactive maintenance tasks on industrial/commercial electrical systems.
- Carry out preventative maintenance to avoid equipment breakdowns.
- Conduct fault finding and rectify electrical issues as they arise.
- Handle installation works as required at the site.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of Certificate III in Electrotechnology.
- Holding an A Grade Electrical License.
- Current driver's license is necessary; white card is preferred.
- Previous experience working on major commercial or industrial sites with a focus on reactive maintenance.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and professional work standards.
- Understanding of environmental policies, occupational health, safety, and quality management systems.
