Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Position Overview

Key Duties

• Perform planned preventative maintenance on various production equipment to ensure operational reliability.
• Address electrical faults promptly with efficient troubleshooting and repair methods.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and reliability enhancement projects throughout the facility.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize equipment downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
• Keep detailed maintenance records and complete necessary documentation.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and site-specific protocols during all maintenance activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a recognized qualification in Electrical Engineering such as an Apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3, HNC, or an equivalent credential.
• Previous experience working in manufacturing, FMCG, food production, packaging, or related industrial settings.
• Proven expertise in electrical fault diagnosis and resolution.
• Familiarity with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems is considered advantageous.
• A proactive, hands-on attitude towards maintenance tasks.
