About the Company
Join a specialised engineering manufacturing firm that designs custom electrical control panels for leading global original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the design and documentation of low voltage (LV) control panels, motor control centres (MCCs), programmable logic controller (PLC) panels, and related automation systems utilizing EPLAN Electric P8 and EPLAN Pro Panel software.
- Manage the entire design lifecycle from interpreting customer requirements and electrical schematics to creating three-dimensional panel layouts and producing manufacturing-ready documentation.
- Create detailed, production-ready designs for electrical panels.
- Analyze and apply customer specifications, electrical standards, piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), input/output schedules, and other project-related documents.
Requirements
- A degree or qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Automation, Mechatronics, or a similar technical field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in low voltage control panel design.
- Proficient working knowledge of EPLAN Electric P8 software.
- Competency in reading, interpreting, and independently developing electrical schematics.
