Job Overview
We seek a proactive and student-oriented Education Counsellor to assist prospective students in selecting appropriate colleges and programmes based on their entrance exam results, previous academics, financial considerations, and career aspirations.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise students and parents on college and course options considering entrance test scores such as CAT, XAT, CMAT, SNAP, NMAT, MHCET, among others.
- Deliver detailed, accurate information regarding admission procedures, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and application deadlines.
- Analyze students' academic histories to recommend compatible educational institutions throughout India.
- Respond to outbound inquiries from students via telephone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Ensure thorough follow-up with prospective students and maintain comprehensive records within the CRM system.
- Collaborate effectively with senior counsellors and admission departments to streamline the counselling process.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Must possess a graduate degree in any field.
- Proficient communication abilities in English, Hindi, or Marathi.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a persuasive and convincing approach.
- Capability to assess student needs accurately and suggest suitable educational pathways.
- Previous experience in admission counselling or student guidance is favorable but not mandatory.
