Education Counsellor

Job Overview

We seek a proactive and student-oriented Education Counsellor to assist prospective students in selecting appropriate colleges and programmes based on their entrance exam results, previous academics, financial considerations, and career aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise students and parents on college and course options considering entrance test scores such as CAT, XAT, CMAT, SNAP, NMAT, MHCET, among others.
• Deliver detailed, accurate information regarding admission procedures, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and application deadlines.
• Analyze students' academic histories to recommend compatible educational institutions throughout India.
• Respond to outbound inquiries from students via telephone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Ensure thorough follow-up with prospective students and maintain comprehensive records within the CRM system.
• Collaborate effectively with senior counsellors and admission departments to streamline the counselling process.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Must possess a graduate degree in any field.
• Proficient communication abilities in English, Hindi, or Marathi.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a persuasive and convincing approach.
• Capability to assess student needs accurately and suggest suitable educational pathways.
• Previous experience in admission counselling or student guidance is favorable but not mandatory.
