Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Engineering, or related fields; relevant certifications in enterprise applications or system administration are advantageous.
- Between 7 to 10 years of experience in digital systems, information management, application support, or engineering information systems.
- Familiarity with E3D, AutoCAD, S3D or other engineering design tools is preferred, alongside knowledge of FPSO, FSO, and FLNG domains.
- Proficient in using Navisworks Simulate, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint, with Power BI skills viewed favorably.
- Strong grasp of enterprise applications, data management, digital workflows, and process integrations.
- Experience in system implementation, configuration, ongoing support, and maintenance in projects or operations.
- Knowledge of information governance, data quality control, access management, and the principles of system administration.
- Competence in supporting engineering systems, project information ecosystems, document management, or business applications.
- Adept at engaging multiple stakeholders across business, engineering, project management, and IT to address system and process concerns.
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to manage complex tasks independently.
- Experience in advancing process standardization, optimizing systems, encouraging user adoption, and supporting continual improvements.
- Capability to mentor junior staff, assist digital transformation efforts, and help build scalable, efficient business operations.
