E-commerce Specialist

Role Overview

This position involves managing and enhancing relationships with key e-commerce fulfillment customers, ensuring operational excellence, improving customer satisfaction, and serving as the main liaison between clients and internal operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of e-commerce fulfillment clients.
• Develop strong relationships and grasp customer business needs.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to maintain service standards.
• Lead Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Reviews (WBRs, MBRs, QBRs).
• Collaborate with Operations, Transportation, Inventory, IT, and Customer Service departments.
• Analyze operations data and propose actionable insights.
• Support onboarding and integration of new customers.
• Drive initiatives for continuous operational improvements.
• Assist in generating growth opportunities within accounts.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in fulfillment, warehousing, logistics, or account management.

Technical Expertise

• Knowledge of order fulfillment processes and inventory management.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), last-mile delivery operations, and e-commerce platforms.

Performance Indicators

• Customer satisfaction rates.
• Achievement of SLAs.
• Customer retention and account expansion metrics.
• Order fulfillment efficiency and inventory accuracy.
