E-commerce Operations Executive - Amazon/Flipkart

Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and responsible E-commerce Operations Executive to efficiently oversee daily online business activities.

Key Duties

• Oversee and update product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, and additional marketplaces.
• Manage approximately 100 Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) while ensuring precise inventory tracking.
• Handle daily order processing, packing, and dispatch tasks.
• Address product returns and update inventory records accordingly.
• Capture basic product photographs and refresh product listings as needed.
• Use Excel or Google Sheets to maintain accurate operational records.
• Independently coordinate day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Fundamental familiarity with Amazon and Flipkart seller platforms is preferred.
• Competence in computer operations, particularly with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Effective communication abilities and basic proficiency in English.
• A responsible, dependable mindset coupled with a willingness to learn.
• Prior e-commerce experience is advantageous; however, motivated freshers are encouraged to apply.

Additional Details

• Work Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
• Employment Type: Full-time, on-site position.
• Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month.
• Immediate joining is preferred.
