E-Commerce Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned E-Commerce Executive to oversee and expand our online sales presence across major e-commerce platforms. The position is based in Mangolpuri, New Delhi, and involves managing product listings, order processing, and marketplace optimization specifically in the home appliances domain.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings on various platforms including Amazon and Flipkart.
• Enhance product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images to boost visibility and sales conversions.
• Track inventory status and ensure stock information is current and accurate.
• Handle order processing, including customer returns and refunds efficiently.
• Analyze sales data and trends to develop strategies for increasing sales performance.
• Work closely with internal teams to facilitate product uploads and coordinate order fulfillments.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries to maintain a seamless online shopping experience.
• Generate detailed sales and performance reports regularly.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience managing e-commerce sales or operations.
• Proficiency with e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce listing best practices and sales optimization.
• Preferably experienced with home appliance product sales.
• Familiarity with marketplace analytics and inventory control.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to work independently with multitasking abilities.
