Duty Engineer

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Duty Engineer to join our team. This role is pivotal in overseeing all mechanical, technical maintenance, and HVAC systems within the property, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the implementation of the preventive maintenance schedule.
• Ensure the property's health and safety standards are strictly maintained.
• Strictly adhere to the preventive maintenance charts and keep comprehensive records for future reference.
• Collaborate closely with various departmental teams to ensure satisfaction with quality and progress.
• Develop training programs for engineering staff and encourage multitasking opportunities.
• Assign tasks to team members based on their skills to achieve optimal results in line with standards.

Qualifications and Experience

The candidate must hold a degree in mechanical engineering and possess experience in a similar duty engineering role. A solid understanding of equipment operation and maintenance is essential. Proficiency in English, along with strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve subsystem issues, is required.
