Dispatch Executive - Spinning Mill

About the Role

We are seeking a Dispatch Executive to join our spinning mill team located in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu. This role is critical in managing the yarn dispatch operations efficiently and ensuring timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily yarn dispatch activities ensuring smooth workflow.
• Prepare essential documents including invoices, delivery challans, gate passes, and transport papers.
• Verify yarn details such as count, lot number, quantity, and packaging before dispatch.
• Liaise with transporters, drivers, and the loading crew to coordinate shipments.
• Organize appropriate vehicles to meet customer delivery schedules.
• Maintain dispatch records and update all details in ERP systems and Excel spreadsheets.
• Keep comprehensive dispatch registers and daily reporting documents.
• Collaborate with Sales, Stores, Production, Quality, and Accounts departments to synchronize operations.
• Monitor vehicle movements to ensure timely arrival and delivery confirmation.
• Address issues related to shortages, discrepancies, and returns of materials.
• Maintain accurate logs of finished goods stock and dispatch records.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 1 to 3 years of experience in dispatch roles within spinning mills or textile sectors.
• Educational qualification of any degree or diploma.
• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP software usage.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Knowledge of yarn counts, lot numbers, and packaging practices is advantageous.
• Numerical aptitude and documentation expertise.
• Capable of working under pressure to meet dispatch deadlines effectively.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹25,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
