Key Duties
- Operate the dishwashing machine efficiently.
- Monitor and manage proper rinse and wash temperatures to ensure cleanliness.
- Handle dish chemicals appropriately, including changing water and safe storage.
- Organize and prepare dish racks for effective workflow.
- Dispose of trash in a timely manner.
- Adhere strictly to safety and sanitation guidelines within the kitchen.
- Work collaboratively with team members demonstrating strong teamwork.
