Role Overview

Become a valuable member of the healthcare kitchen team by ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, contributing to safe meal service for residents.

Key Duties

• Execute washing of dishes, pots, pans, and utensils adhering to cleaning protocols and schedules.
• Prepare and ready dishwashing and pot washing stations, including proper operation of relevant equipment.
• Organize and return cleaned items to designated storage locations systematically.
• Sanitize kitchen tools, work surfaces, and stations according to established timelines.
• Manage waste by removing trash and upholding cleanliness in the dishwashing and surrounding kitchen areas.

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to comprehend and follow English language instructions accurately.
• Capable of safely and effectively operating dishwashing equipment.
• Strong focus on time management and meticulous attention to detail.
