About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Hotel Director to lead our 4-star family-owned hotel located near Pristina, Kosovo. As part of a successful corporate group with approximately 60 dedicated employees, our hotel delivers high-quality service to both domestic and international guests, featuring modern infrastructure and a welcoming, family-oriented atmosphere. Our core values emphasize quality, hospitality, and sustainable development.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assume full accountability for the hotel's operational and financial management.
• Represent the hotel actively as a host to guests, staff, business partners, and the public.
• Lead, motivate, and foster professional growth among a team of around 60 employees.
• Ensure high service standards and continuously improve processes and quality.
• Manage budget planning, cost control, and achievement of financial targets.
• Develop and implement sales, marketing, and revenue optimization strategies.
• Create new offers aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with department heads and lead support functions effectively.
• Ensure efficient workflows and strong interdepartmental cooperation.
• Work closely with the owning family and executive management team.
• Promote an open, appreciative workplace culture focused on performance.

Candidate Profile

• Degree or completed education in hospitality, tourism, or business/economics.
• Several years of leadership experience in high-level hotel management.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong economic and financial knowledge.
• Leadership qualities with excellent interpersonal skills, decisive decision-making, and professional authority.
• Strong hospitality orientation and customer service focus.
• Proficiency in German and English languages; knowledge of Albanian is an advantage.
• Experience using hotel management systems, reservation platforms, and revenue management tools.
