Role Overview
As a Digital Learning Analyst within this team, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and enhancing digital learning initiatives that empower service adoption and skill development throughout the organisation. This 14-month fixed-term position provides a platform to deepen expertise in digital learning strategy, content creation, video production, and data-driven program enhancement while collaborating with global stakeholders and varied tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver digital learning sessions in multiple formats including virtual, classroom, and on-demand.
- Create engaging educational content such as videos, guides, web pages, and training materials.
- Perform training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and tailor learning solutions.
- Analyze user engagement data and feedback to measure learning effectiveness and drive improvements.
- Offer coaching and support to colleagues to enhance digital skills utilizing various learning technologies.
- Work in partnership with stakeholders across Digital Technology and broader business units.
- Maintain and update high-quality learning resources to ensure relevance and accuracy.
- Contribute to ongoing advancements in learning services and methods.
Typical Daily Activities
- Conducting virtual training sessions or webinars for a global audience.
- Designing or updating instructional material including multimedia content.
- Reviewing feedback and usage metrics to refine the learning experience.
- Collaborating with service teams to translate new features into effective learning resources.
- Providing support through learning communities and platforms.
- Engaging with the team in new learning project development and campaigns.
