Role Overview

We seek an experienced Digital Identity & Security Access Management Specialist to join our cybersecurity team, focusing on safeguarding data, systems, and applications. You will manage and enhance a broad enterprise security portfolio spanning on-premises and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and operate multiple security solutions including File Integrity Monitoring (NNT Change Tracker), Database Protection (Imperva), Data Loss Prevention (Microsoft DLP), Data Classification & Information Protection (Microsoft Purview), Endpoint Detection & Response, Anti-Virus platforms, and Application & API Security (FortiWeb).
• Continuously improve existing security tools by discovering and enabling underutilized features to enhance business and security outcomes.
• Design and maintain security frameworks across system, data, and application layers for both on-premises and cloud landscapes.
• Detect and fix security vulnerabilities, incorrect configurations, and exposure risks including threats related to web and APIs.
• Maintain operational security by ensuring all security solutions are updated and patched in line with vendor and internal standards.
• Contribute technical expertise in incident response for data breaches, endpoint threats, and application or API attacks; support audits, assessments, and compliance documentation.
• Promote best practices through leading process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team.

Candidate Qualifications

• Possess 4 to 7+ years’ experience in system, data, endpoint, or application security.
• Solid hands-on experience with data protection, endpoint security, and application/API security technologies.
• Good knowledge of data protection mechanisms, system hardening, and application security fundamentals.
• Experience working with hybrid environments combining on-premises and cloud systems.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and root cause analysis with a proactive improvement approach.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are highly advantageous.
