Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, serving, and delivering meals and snacks.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workspaces, equipment, tables, and floors.
• Wash dishes and utensils, manage soiled items, and properly store clean ones.
• Check meal trays for accuracy according to menus and dietary orders.
• Ensure safe and proper storage of raw and leftover food items.
• Adhere strictly to universal precautions as well as sanitation, safety, and infection control protocols.
• Participate in weekend and holiday shifts as part of a team rotation.

Qualifications

• Display patience, respect, and a positive attitude, particularly when working with older adults and people with disabilities.
• Proficient in English communication including speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension.
• Capable of following written and spoken directions effectively.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Dependable, reliable, and capable of executing the essential duties of the position.
