About the Role

We are currently looking for a Development Manager to join PNB MetLife. This position is based in Kolkata and involves leading and managing a team of financial advisors to help them meet and exceed their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and nurture a team of Financial Advisors.
• Drive and generate business through effective management of the advisor team.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and advisors.
• Organize and conduct regular training sessions and product workshops.
• Track and analyze team performance to ensure target achievement.
• Inspire and motivate the team to meet both monthly and annual goals.
• Oversee accurate documentation and compliance adherence.

Candidate Profile

• Graduates are preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
• Experience in sales or recruitment is advantageous.
