About the Role
We are currently looking for a Development Manager to join PNB MetLife. This position is based in Kolkata and involves leading and managing a team of financial advisors to help them meet and exceed their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and nurture a team of Financial Advisors.
- Drive and generate business through effective management of the advisor team.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and advisors.
- Organize and conduct regular training sessions and product workshops.
- Track and analyze team performance to ensure target achievement.
- Inspire and motivate the team to meet both monthly and annual goals.
- Oversee accurate documentation and compliance adherence.
Candidate Profile
- Graduates are preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
- Experience in sales or recruitment is advantageous.
- Freshers with a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
