Additionally, you will monitor development communities on Discord, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Dev.to to develop relevant content.

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct educational workshops, write detailed tutorials and documentation, deliver webinars, produce instructional videos, and provide product demonstrations to assist users.
  • Develop sample applications, prototypes, and code examples to demonstrate Storyblok's power and the benefits of the headless content management approach.
  • Identify, report, and address missing features or technical challenges within Storyblok APIs, SDKs, and services.
  • Assist external developers in resolving functionality gaps and technical problems.
  • Contribute bug fixes and code improvements to open-source Storyblok projects such as SDKs, sample apps, and starter kits.
  • Provide input on feature enhancements based on insights gathered from customers and the developer community.
  • Engage with and support the Storyblok community on social platforms including Discord, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Dev.to.
  • Represent Storyblok at various online and physical events, including speaking engagements and booth leadership.
  • Help steer the future roadmap for documentation, tutorials, and the onboarding experience.
  • Maintain expertise on advanced web development topics and emerging trends.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in AI literacy by effectively utilizing AI-based tools to boost productivity, improve decision-making, and uphold high-quality output while applying critical thinking and judgment.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in web development.
  • General CMS experience, with preference for familiarity with headless CMS platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in consuming RESTful APIs; knowledge of GraphQL APIs is advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of at least one modern JavaScript framework such as Vue, React, Next.js, Nuxt, Astro, or Svelte, including foundational principles.
  • Experience with public speaking engagements.
  • Demonstrated experience organizing events or meetups.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent command of English language and communication skills, enabling collaboration across multiple stakeholders and departments.
  • Confidence, attention to detail, and motivation to contribute significantly within a high-performing team environment.
  • Capability to effectively use AI tools to enhance work efficiency and quality with sound judgment.

Preferred Experience
