Role Overview

We are seeking a dependable Despatch Team Member to join our warehouse operations in Pinkenba, Queensland. This position focuses on accurate and timely handling of goods, including their packing, loading, and dispatch. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic setting and appreciates working collaboratively within a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities

• Carefully pick and pack customer orders ensuring accuracy and safety.
• Load and unload trucks while organizing and stacking materials methodically.
• Handle relevant paperwork and input data to document consignments properly.
• Verify labels and consignment details meticulously before dispatch.
• Conduct regular cycle stock counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse facility.

Candidate Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail to reduce despatch mistakes and guarantee order precision.
• Proficiency with basic computer operations and capability to review system-generated reports.
• Possession of a valid forklift license (LF); experience with high-reach forklifts is advantageous.
• Physical ability for manual tasks such as lifting, bending, packing, and standing for prolonged periods.
• Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as necessary to fulfill customer requirements.
• Availability to commit to an afternoon shift schedule Monday through Friday, five days weekly.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• Familiarity with the use of hand and power tools.
• Prior experience in warehouse or assembly line environments.
