Job Overview
We are searching for a creative and meticulous Design Executive to join our Bengaluru office. The selected candidate will generate visually appealing and engaging content for multiple channels, including marketing campaigns, digital media, social sites, websites, and sales support materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop compelling visual assets for marketing, social media, online platforms, and sales collateral.
- Craft creatives such as banners, brochures, presentations, and promotional items.
- Convert briefs and business needs into effective visual messages.
- Ensure all creative output is aligned consistently with brand guidelines.
- Produce and edit short videos, including Reels, Shorts, and product explanatory clips using appropriate transitions, captions, animations, sound, and branding elements.
- Adjust designs and videos to suit different platforms and formats.
- Collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, product, and design teams to meet project goals within set deadlines.
- Keep updated with latest trends in design and visual content.
Candidate Requirements
- Between 1 to 4 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or related disciplines.
- High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Familiarity with Canva and experience in producing marketing and social media creatives.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects and motion graphic design.
- Intermediate-level video editing capabilities.
- Excellent understanding of design principles including layout, typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- A strong creative approach coupled with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to grasp briefs quickly and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Efficient multitasking skills to handle multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.
- Capability to tailor designs for varied audiences, formats, and platforms.
- Sound grasp of branding principles ensuring visual consistency across assets.
Portfolio Requirement
- Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing work such as social media creatives, marketing campaigns, branding, presentations, banners, and videos or reels.
- Portfolios can be shared via Behance, Dribbble, personal websites, Google Drive, or PDF format.
- Applications lacking a portfolio may not proceed to assessment.
Compensation and Location
The salary range is up to ₹500,000 per annum, dependent on experience, skillset, portfolio, and performance in the interview process. The role is located at Bren Mercury, Sarjapur Main Road, Kasavanahalli, Kaikondrahalli, Bengaluru (560035).
