About the Role

Dalata Hotel Group seeks a dynamic and experienced Deputy General Manager passionate about hospitality leadership. This role involves supporting the General Manager in leading daily hotel operations, inspiring and guiding the team to deliver exceptional performance, and shaping the hotel culture and strategy. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing all hotel operations strategically.
• Lead and directly manage the heads of departments.
• Ensure continuous staff motivation and engagement to uphold high service standards.
• Drive succession planning by fostering staff development and learning opportunities.
• Maintain outstanding customer service throughout the property.
• Support profitability goals by managing costs and revenues effectively.

Candidate Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of experience in a Deputy, Operations, or Senior Manager role within a large hotel environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Strong commercial acumen, proficient in managing KPIs, targets, costs, and revenue streams.
• Proven track record in developing and nurturing talented personnel.
• Excellent communication skills with capability to contribute to overall hotel strategies.
• Adept at building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
