Role Summary
Within our Trade Counter team located in Nerang, the successful candidate will balance responsibilities that include delivering products to customers, delivering excellent service to plumbers and tradespeople, and managing various tasks ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse and trade counter.
Key Duties
- Deliver parts and plumbing products to customers using a company vehicle.
- Execute pick packing and manage stock control activities efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the branch and warehouse.
- Offer knowledgeable customer service and product information to clients.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in delivery driving, retail, or customer service, with a passion for assisting customers both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Skillful in order picking, shop floor display maintenance, and delivering accurate product information.
- Technologically adept and quick to adapt to new systems.
- Holds a clean, valid driver’s license and willing to work varying shifts including weekends.
- Motivated to grow a career locally or within the broader company network or headquarters.
