Position Overview
Joining the Trade Counter team based in Kelmscott, this role involves a blend of activities focused on delivering products, assisting customers including plumbers and tradespeople, and supporting warehouse and trade counter operations for seamless functionality.
Key Duties
- Deliver plumbing parts and products directly to customers utilizing company vehicles.
- Engage in pick packing and managing stock control processes.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the branch and warehouse areas.
- Offer information and assistance to customers regarding product inquiries.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in delivery driving, retail, or customer service is essential, with a genuine enthusiasm for assisting customers both face-to-face and via telephone.
- Ability to accurately pick orders, maintain shop floor presentation, and provide reliable information.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new software systems.
- Holds a clean and valid driver’s license; open to varied shift patterns including weekends.
- Aspirations to progress their career either locally within our branches or at our head office.
