Position Overview

Joining the Trade Counter team based in Kelmscott, this role involves a blend of activities focused on delivering products, assisting customers including plumbers and tradespeople, and supporting warehouse and trade counter operations for seamless functionality.

Key Duties

• Deliver plumbing parts and products directly to customers utilizing company vehicles.
• Engage in pick packing and managing stock control processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the branch and warehouse areas.
• Offer information and assistance to customers regarding product inquiries.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in delivery driving, retail, or customer service is essential, with a genuine enthusiasm for assisting customers both face-to-face and via telephone.
• Ability to accurately pick orders, maintain shop floor presentation, and provide reliable information.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new software systems.
• Holds a clean and valid driver’s license; open to varied shift patterns including weekends.
• Aspirations to progress their career either locally within our branches or at our head office.
