About the Role

Harvey Water Softeners, the foremost supplier of water softening products in the UK, seeks a dependable and customer-friendly Delivery Driver to join their team. This role is key in delivering our water treatment products promptly and safely to customers while ensuring a positive service experience that upholds our brand's values.

Primary Duties

• Operate company vehicles safely to deliver goods to customers.
• Handle loading and unloading of products carefully to prevent damage.
• Offer excellent customer service, addressing any queries during deliveries.
• Maintain precise delivery records and complete all required documentation.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean, fueled, and well-maintained.
• Follow all traffic laws and internal company safety policies.
• Support inventory control and prepare orders when necessary.

Candidate Qualifications

• Possess a valid UK driving license with an excellent driving record.
• Previous delivery driving experience is desirable.
• Strong skills in time management and planning delivery routes effectively.
• Customer-focused mindset with good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Capable of lifting and moving heavy items safely.
• Dependability and timely attendance are critical for success.
