Job Overview

IHS is recruiting Delivery Executives, Drivers, and Shop Owners to support Amazon delivery services in various neighborhoods around Chennai. This opportunity includes options for part-time, full-time, and flexible shifts catering to various schedules and vehicle availabilities.

• ECR area up to Uthandi
• OMR area from Perungudi to Karapakkam
• Velachery
• Tharamani
• Pallikaranai
• Medavakkam

Delivery Executive / Driver Duties

• Pick up packages at designated collection points.
• Transport and deliver packages to customers.
• Keep delivery status updated using the required mobile application.
• Choose from flexible work options: part-time, full-time, or flexible shifts.
• Use personal bike or van, with van provided for qualifying candidates.

Shop-Based Delivery Option

• If you own a shop in the listed locations, you may qualify to act as a local delivery point after approval.
• Receive packages at your shop and handle delivery scheduling and management.
• Operate deliveries around your preferred working hours, aligned with operational needs.
• Payment is based on agreements between IHS and Amazon partners.
• Benefits include earning additional income without requiring extra workspace and maintaining a flexible schedule.

Qualification Criteria

• Valid driving license.
• Smartphone usage capability.
• Basic familiarity with local geography.
• Effective communication skills.
• No prior experience required as freshers are welcome.

Compensation and Payment Details

• Salary ranges from 30,000 to 95,000 INR per month plus incentives based on performance.
• Payments are available on same-day, 15-day, or monthly intervals depending on role and agreement.
