Job Overview

As a Deli/Bakery Team Associate, your primary responsibility is to prepare quality bakery and deli products to serve customers. You will interact with customers at the service counter and ensure that incoming merchandise is properly stocked on the sales floor. Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to strict food safety standards is essential to succeed in this role.

Compensation and Schedule

• The hourly wage ranges from $16 to $29, with the exact pay being at least the required minimum wage for the location.
• Additional incentives may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
• Premium pay ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be awarded for specific conditions based on schedule, location, season, or particular tasks, with the possibility of multiple premiums applying.
• Both full-time and part-time employment options are available.
• Shifts offered include opening, morning, mid-shift, and closing.
