Job Overview
The primary responsibility of a Deli/Bakery Team Associate is to ensure the preparation of high-quality products for customers. Associates will interact with customers at the service counter and efficiently restock merchandise onto the salesfloor as it arrives. Maintaining cleanliness and upholding stringent food safety standards are essential for team success.
Compensation and Work Schedule
- The hourly wage ranges from $16 to $29, with the actual rate guaranteed to meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable at the job location.
- Additional pay includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
- Specific work circumstances such as schedule, facility, season, or tasks performed may earn extra premium pay ranging between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour; multiple premiums can apply when criteria overlap.
- Employment options include full-time and part-time positions with various shifts available, including opening, morning, mid-shift, and closing.
