Key Responsibilities

• Embody and promote Centra's brand values: Pride, Energy, Imagination, and Community Orientation.
• Prepare customer orders across all fresh food sections, including sandwich and roll assembly, serving hot meals, and slicing meats adhering to established portion controls.
• Cook, prepare, and exhibit food items available throughout business hours.
• Maintain the highest quality display standards at all times for deli and fresh food counters.
• Share expertise on food quality by offering recipes, advice, and personal suggestions to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally in line with company policies.
