Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Deep Cleaning Technician to uphold Dexterra's standards by delivering specialized floor care and deep cleaning services. This role is full-time and year-round, offering company-provided truck and cell phone to facilitate your work.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct deep cleaning tasks in commercial settings.
• Execute floor care including stripping, waxing, burnishing, and maintenance across multiple surfaces.
• Perform marble polishing and restoration services.
• Operate and maintain specialized floor cleaning equipment.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols, including required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Keep cleaning tools and supplies in proper condition.
• Complete assignments efficiently and to a high-quality standard.
• Effectively communicate with supervisors and address service requests promptly.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least three years of commercial floor care and deep cleaning expertise.
• Proficiency in marble polishing, floor stripping, waxing, burnishing, and general floor upkeep.
• Experience operating commercial floor care machinery.
• Valid driving license with a spotless record.
• Ability to work autonomously with limited oversight.
• Strong detail orientation and commitment to maintaining excellence.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Capable of handling physically strenuous activities, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Clear criminal background check mandatory.
