Data Scientist (AI Native, Global Content & Commerce Platform)

About the Role

We are seeking a Data Scientist to join a rapidly expanding global content and e-commerce platform in Singapore. This role is highly influential and closely aligned with business outcomes, where you will leverage data to guide strategies around community engagement, commercialization, and e-commerce growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth data analyses that directly impact business decision-making and strategic planning.
• Explore and interpret community, commercialization, and e-commerce datasets to extract insights that inform product development and strategic initiatives.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust business data systems and analytics infrastructure.
• Implement comprehensive measurement and attribution frameworks to accurately evaluate performance.
• Analyze industry data and market dynamics to offer high-level strategic recommendations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or an allied discipline.
• Have over five years of professional experience in data science, business analytics, or strategic analysis, preferably within internet or technology sectors.
• Demonstrate a proven ability to build data capabilities from ground zero in early-stage global enterprises is highly advantageous.
• Exhibit an AI-native mindset, proficient in integrating AI tools seamlessly to develop complete analytical workflows, beyond mere auxiliary usage.
• Showcase substantial business understanding and excel in collaborating with various business stakeholders.
• Display exceptional analytical and logical reasoning skills, with evidence of thorough problem-solving acumen.
