The role involves collaborating across departments to extract and interpret data to support informed business decisions.

Key Duties

• Gather and manage data sets from diverse sources for analysis.
• Identify and interpret trends and key insights relevant to business operations.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visual data presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Support decision-making by providing evidence-based recommendations drawn from data.
• Track and evaluate business performance via KPIs and metrics.
• Conduct data cleaning and validation to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Generate periodic and on-demand analytical reports.
• Communicate complex data findings clearly and effectively.
• Work collaboratively with teams across finance, marketing, operations, and IT.
• Assist in process enhancement and analytical project support.
• Maintain detailed records of data origins, reports, and analysis methods.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree ideally in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a similar discipline.
• Strong aptitude for analytical thinking, numeric computation, and problem solving.
• Basic knowledge of analytics, reporting, and business intelligence fundamentals.
• Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Python is advantageous.
