Overview
Resolve Coaching & Development Consultancy is inviting applications for a full-time entry-level Data Insights Analyst based in Sydney, Australia. This position suits recent graduates or professionals at the start of their career who have a keen interest in data analysis and business intelligence. The role involves collaborating across departments to extract and interpret data to support informed business decisions.
Key Duties
- Gather and manage data sets from diverse sources for analysis.
- Identify and interpret trends and key insights relevant to business operations.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visual data presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Support decision-making by providing evidence-based recommendations drawn from data.
- Track and evaluate business performance via KPIs and metrics.
- Conduct data cleaning and validation to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Generate periodic and on-demand analytical reports.
- Communicate complex data findings clearly and effectively.
- Work collaboratively with teams across finance, marketing, operations, and IT.
- Assist in process enhancement and analytical project support.
- Maintain detailed records of data origins, reports, and analysis methods.
- Keep abreast of evolving data analytics technologies and industry practices.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree ideally in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a similar discipline.
- Strong aptitude for analytical thinking, numeric computation, and problem solving.
- Basic knowledge of analytics, reporting, and business intelligence fundamentals.
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Python is advantageous.
- Ability to detect significant trends and patterns in data sets.
- Exceptional accuracy and focus in handling data.
- Effective communication and ability to present data-driven insights.
- Capability to work autonomously and also as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and enhance analytical skillsets.
- Open to fresh graduates and individuals with minimal professional experience.
