Data Entry Operator - Spinning Mill

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Data Entry Operator to join a spinning mill located in Kulathupalayam, Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu. The role involves managing and entering data related to yarn production, machinery output, and shift details. This position supports the administrative, back office, and computer operations departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Input daily production information including yarn output, machine performance, and shift data.
• Keep inventory records current for raw materials, finished goods, and wastage.
• Maintain and update records for purchase orders, dispatch, and stock.
• Ensure data accuracy and promptly rectify any discrepancies.
• Prepare daily and weekly management information system (MIS) reports.
• Keep proper documentation and organize files systematically.
• Liaise with teams from Production, Stores, and Accounts to gather required data.

Qualifications and Skills

• Any Graduate or Diploma holder is eligible.
• Basic computer proficiency is preferred.
• Experience ranging from freshers to 1–3 years in data entry, ideally within the textile or spinning sector, is acceptable.
• Good typing speed coupled with accuracy.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and other fundamental computer applications.
• Basic understanding of English and fluency in spoken Tamil are required.

• Remuneration: Monthly salary between ₹15,000 and ₹20,000.
